Occupational Health and Safety

Our staff are trained to provide cleaning services in any environment, from office to healthcare and educational institutions, factories and residential buildings. Our professionals are trained to follow safe procedures that keep places, people who work/visit those places and themselves safe. The procedures involve safely handling electric connections, fragile equipment in offices or industries, biomedical waste and garbage.

Safe equipment

Our staff are equipped with the right safety material such as gloves and protective eyewear and other such personal protective equipment depending on the environment or sector in which they work in. Some services, such as window cleaning, may require working from heights, so there may be a need for equipment/devices that avoid falls. Other safety infrastructure include creams for sunburn, hats, appropriate helmets and hearing protection such as plugs and ear muffs.

Training, communication and supervision

Constant training and effective communication are very important when it comes to occupational health and safety. Anytime Cleaning  ensures that staff understand the safety measures that need to be taken while at work, and that the work of its staff is supervised. Supervision brings in responsibility and accountability among the staff. Effective communication is a two-way process, so we also assimilate feedback from our staff on what steps need to be taken to improve our services. This also ensures that we have processes and frameworks in place for specific scenarios, and not just broad guidelines.

Environmental management is an important aspect of our staff training, and we ensure that every member adheres to policies such as reduce, reuse, recycle, and sustainability. Our team members are encouraged not to waste resources where they can do with less, as that lowers the ecological footprint. Some of the KPIs that are used are:-

  • Compliance - Performance against a particular contract.
  • Safety Measures - Medical time injuries, lost time injuries, safety audits and records of incidents.
  • Service - Provided to the customer - Time to rectify flaws, formal meetings with the clients, complaints registered from a customer’s part and survey results showing the customer’s satisfaction.
